1. The data controller.

The company owner of the website referred to in this privacy policy collects data from users’ browsing for statistical purposes as well as data pertaining to customers that use contact form and possible future ancillary services such as newsletters.

2. The location of the processing personal data.

  5. certification to the effect that the operations as per points 3) and 4) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected;
  6. to object to: the processing of personal data even if pertinent to the purpose of collection, for legitimate reasons.

To exercise the rights provided in Article 7 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), appropriate notification must be sent by certified mail to info@germanplast.com or alternatively, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the address of the registered office specified above.
