this machine is used to separate good plastic pellets from clogs and/or from dust, on an extrusion line.

Dust is formed with particular conditions (dull knives is the most common cause)

This machine is constructed following the strictest Italian quality standards for materials and components.

Different options are : HEIGHT - LENGTH - SCREEN HOLES - NUMBER OF SCREENS

Usually it is fitted with 8-10-12 mm screens You can have 2 outlets (GOOD + CLOGGED) or 3 outlets (GOOD + CLOGGED + DUST)

All parts in contact with material are on AISI304 stainless steel, with painted carbon steel structure, or the whole machine can be in AISI 304 Stainless steel. Standard classifying surface is 1500×500 mm. but you can have longer surfaces when a cooling action is needed, particularly for PVC. A very simple machine with its electric panel, safety switches, CE conformity, User's manual and electrical drawings.
