BANDERA CAST FILM SYSTEM EXTRUSION LINE FOR SHEET MANUFACTURING

• Mod. TR100/30D extrusion equipment for calendered sheet manufacturing,
• Thickness from 0,3 to 4 mm.
  
• The equipment was currently manufacturing PS sheet – Able to operate with PP, PE, PC and other similar materials.
  
• Equipment composition:
  
• Extrusion section:
  – Single screw extruder, screw Ø 100 mm., L30D with braker plate.
  – Bimetallic barrel
  – Vacuum degassing pump
  – DC motor, 75 kw a.c.motor with inverter
  – Mixing/dosing hopper with colour control (Masterbach).
  – Automatic hydraulic filter change, mesh Ø 100 mm.
  – Dinisco type pressure control.
• Calendering/Cast section:
  – Flat head, useful width: 900 mm. with manual thickness control.
  – 4 cylinders calender heated by thermal oil.
  * 2 upper cylinders in vertical position: a) diam.: 320 mm.- b) diam.: 370 mm.
  * 2 lower cylinders in horizontal position: a – b diam.: 370 mm.
  – Calender temperature regulation unit.
• Stabilisation, cooling and winding section:
  – Roller conveyor for film stabilisation.
  – Lateral trimmings cut system by means of circular blades.
  – Upper structure with compensations and feeding rolls to winders.
  – 2 Lineal winders with individual expanding bars and electric control.
  – Control and general operation panels.

Mixing/dosing automated section with PLC SIEMENS for 4 pellet types:
– 3 stations structure for big-bags emptying with controlled discharge.
– PIOVAN dosing hopper of 500l. capacity with dust filter and weight control by means of loading cells with pneumatic delivery to mixing silo.
– ASTURGO Vertical mixing silo, capacity 4.200 l. with bucket for material manual discharge with introduction inside the mixing silo by screw conveyor, pneumatic outlet with dust filter to a stainless steel hopper over the extruder.
– Three centrifugal turbines equipment: 2 of 5ʼ5 kw and 1 of 3ʼ5 kw and forced air extractor of 3 kw
